A single place for gap-funding requests on homes being rebuilt through the Rebuild Florida program after a disaster. Nothing else runs here.
Every dollar accounted for
Each request is tied to a case number, an approval, a cashier's check, and a signed receipt, so the funder's report is complete the day the last check is delivered.

How it works
Rebuild Florida submits
A case manager enters the household, the amount, and three documents: the case write-up, the release of information, and the Rebuild Florida award letter.
CDA verifies and approves
Collier Disaster Alliance checks the documents against the award letter and approves the amount, or asks for what is missing.
A check is delivered
CDA buys a cashier's check payable to Rebuild Florida and hand-delivers it. The check, the receipt, and Rebuild Florida's signed receipt are recorded.
The home is finished
When the home receives its certificate of occupancy, Rebuild Florida reports the completed rebuild value so the funder can see the return on its investment.

The long-term recovery group for Collier County, Florida. CDA administers this fund: it verifies each request, approves it, purchases the check, and reports to the funder.
